- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, National Producer Number (NPN), website URL, and other business details provided during registration and onboarding.
- Identity Verification Data: EIN documentation, A2P registration type, and business registration information submitted during the onboarding process.
- Lead Data: Information submitted by consumers through advertising forms (e.g., Meta Lead Ads), including names, email addresses, phone numbers, state of residence, and responses to form questions. This data is collected from consumers, not from you, and is delivered to you through the Service.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device information, IP address, and browser type.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by Stripe.
- CRM and Integration Data: Data transmitted to and from connected third-party services such as GoHighLevel (CRM), Meta (advertising), and other platforms you authorize.
- Communications: Records of your communications with us, including support requests, emails, and feedback.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
- To create and manage your account and CRM sub-account
- To generate, deliver, and manage leads based on your orders
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, support, and marketing
- To integrate with third-party platforms you authorize (Meta, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- To manage advertising campaigns on your behalf
- To enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of recipients:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, including Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Mailgun (email), Meta (advertising), and GoHighLevel (CRM).
- Authorized Integrations: Platforms you connect via OAuth or API authorization to enable lead delivery, CRM workflows, and advertising management.
- Affiliated Companies: Lead2Client CRM LLC, our technology partner, may receive limited data necessary to provide CRM services, billing management, and technical support.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Clerk, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and API keys, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Lead data is retained in accordance with our data management policies and applicable regulations. Upon account termination, we may retain certain data as required by law, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our Terms. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
